How do I order from DirectWristbands.com?

-You can place your order by giving us a call at 1-800-570-3260 or you
can fill out our online order form and we will contact you. We hope
to earn your business and look forward to hearing from you!

What is the turnaround time for my order?

-We offer one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. Orders
of 10,000 wristbands and less are produced in 2 weeks. Larger orders
typically take 3 weeks to produce. Shipping on orders generally takes
about 1 week in addition to the production time. If you have a specific date that you would like to have your wristbands please let us know and we will do our very best to meet your deadline.

What are the prices for your wristbands?

-We have the most competitive pricing for silicone wristbands
anywhere. Due to the volume of wristbands that we produce we are able to lower our price to our customers. A full pricing guide is
available on our pricing page at www.directwristbands.com/prices.htm.
If you find a better priced advertised anywhere let us know and we
will meet and beat that price. We want to earn your business!

What is your minimum order?

-Our minimum order is 250 wristbands per molded/printed design. Since our business is designed for bulk discounted rates we are unable to produce quantities lower than 250.

What types of bands do you offer?

-We have debossed (engraved) wristbands as well as imprinted
(screenprinted) wristbands available. We also have double wristbands
on special request. Please see our sample gallery for photos of our
different styles of wristbands. If you have a creative idea let us
know and we will make it happen!

What size wristbands to you offer?

-We can create the standard adult wristbands and the youth wristbands. Our adult wristband measures 202mm X 12mm X 2mm and our Youth wristband measures 180mm X 12mm X 2mm. Mixing sizes within an order requires two seperate mold fees so we suggest choosing one size for your order.

Do you offer customized packaging?

-Yes! All of our wristbands are individually packed in a clear
polybag at no additonal cost. Special packaging is available with
full color card inserts and a hole punched for POS racks. This cost
is an additional $0.10 per wristband. Simply send us your design as a
jpeg or pdf and we will create your full color card insert.

Do multiple colors or swirled wristbands cost more money?

-Absolutely not! We do not every charge any more for multiple colors
on one wristband or for swirling multiple colors on your wristbands.
Feel free to be as creative as you would like with your colors. We
can change your color scheme every 250 wristbands which gives you a
lot of variety.

Do you have Glow in the Dark wristbands?

-We do carry Glow in the Dark wristbands in many colors. Lighter
shades of colors typically glow very well. Glow wristbands cost an
additional $0.05 per band to produce.

Will you save my mold for future orders?

-Yes. Our mold fees are ONE TIME set-up charges. Once we create your mold, you can use it as many times as you like at no cost for future orders. As long as you keep the same design their is never any new molding fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

-We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express as well as money orders, checks, and official school Purchase Orders.

How can I get FREE wristbands?

-With our summer special you will always FREE wristbands with
any order of 1,000 wristbands or more. Simply fill out our online
order form or give us a call to find out how many bands you will
FREE with your order.

What can I put on my mold?

-We believe that if you are purchasing your mold that you can put
anything that you like on it. We do NOT limit you on number of
characters but we do recommend around 20 for the best visibility. We
can also place your logo or specific design on your mold with no
problem. Simply send us your artwork file as a jpeg or a pdf and we
will do the rest!
