That’s why we back up everything we sell with committed customer service and our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Creating your custom wristbands is a team effort. You are a vital part of the team. We count on you to provide the detailed information we need to make the great wristbands you want. While we’re working together to create your custom wristbands, both you and DirectWristbands.com have specific responsibilities. Those responsibilities for each of us are outlined below. We back every order from DirectWristbands.com with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you find any wristband defective in either workmanship or materials, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Before we begin production of your customized wrist bands, we will email you a digital proof of your wristband design. This proof is our artist’s rendering of what your wristbands will look like. This gives you the opportunity to make any changes desired to your customized wrist bands before production begins.
After you approve your digital proof, we’ll email you a separate order confirmation notice. This will list all the specifics of your order including type, size, item number, quantity, colors, and approximate delivery date.
After you approve both the digital proof and the order confirmation, we will produce your order within 10 to 14 business days on most standard quantity orders. Please call with any questions. Please be aware that you are ordering a custom product. Once production has begun, your order cannot be canceled for any reason. Your order will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground, unless otherwise noted on your confirmation email, directly to the address you specify.
By submitting your order to DirectWristbands.com, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce, or have reproduced, any logos or other images associated with your wristband order. You also that certify reproduction of any and all images you submit doesn’t infringe on the rights of any other individual or company.
When you receive the digital proof of your wristband, please review it carefully. Please pay special attention to the design, the spelling and grammar, layout, colors and size. Once you have made any desired changes, email the proof back to us. That lets us know you have reviewed the proof and approved all aspects of it.
NOTE: We use either the Pantone PMS color matching system or stock colors. Since computer monitors vary in the way they display colors, it is very important that you indicate your color choices using Pantone PMS numbers. This is the only accurate way to completely verify the final colors. We will list all PMS numbers on your proof to enable you to verify them easily. PMS color books are available at some public libraries and most art supply stores. We strongly recommend that you verify the color(s) of your design using these books. Once you return your design proof to us, we will send you an order confirmation. Once again, please review all the information carefully. This will be your last opportunity to make any changes to your wristband design before production begins. If all the information is correct, email the confirmation back to us with your approval, and we will start production. NOTE: Once an order has been approved and confirmed, it may not be canceled for any reason.
NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, we imprint our company URL on the inside of all of our products. If you do not want to have this on your wristbands, please email your request to remove the imprint BEFORE returning your order confirmation.
DirectWristbands.com will produce and ship your order within 5 to 14 business days. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by acts of nature, misrouting of your package by FedEx or UPS, inaccurate address information or undeliverable shipping addresses.
When you receive your order, you have 10 business days to review the product for defects. If you discover an issue, please provide a brief email description and digital photos (required) of any claimed defects to us. If the order was shipped to a third party, YOU — the person who placed the order — are responsible for contacting us.
We do ship international orders; however, these orders will be subject to applicable shipping charges based on both order quantity and location. International customers are solely responsible for any customs and duty fees for orders delivered outside the United States.
All orders are final. Due to the custom nature of the products we manufacture, all sales are final. Once production of your order begins, it may not be canceled for any reason. DirectWristbands.com does not issue refunds. As stated above, we will replace any customized wrist bands found to have defective workmanship or materials.
In the event of a legal dispute, it is agreed that the venue for said dispute will be Marion County, Florida, USA. Should the dispute pertain to the illegal use of copyright or trademark infringement, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expense. You also agree to pay any damages and costs assessed against DirectWristbands.com resulting from such a lawsuit or proceeding, and you agree to hold DirectWristbands.com harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding.
All logos or trademarks displayed on customized wrist bands on our website are shown only to illustrate the graphic capabilities of DirectWristbands.com. Purchase of merchandise from DirectWristbands.com DOES NOT in any way, manner or form grant you permission to reproduce logos, and DOES NOT transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.
